For the Love of Food

Each New Year's day I put together a couple of platters of meats, cheeses and fruit. This is brunch along with some Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin and orange juice.



Simple, Elegant & Filling

This is the start of my online presence with food. I've been cooking since I was a teenager and loved sharing my creations with family and friends. The challenge of satisfying different tastes, preferences and appetites made those early years very exciting. It propelled me to enroll in culinary school and work in the industry.


I've learned the balance of how food fits into my life and while it wasn't my primary profession over the years it has been there, always. Catering for friends, clients and hosting my own dinner parties has kept the love of cooking and cooking for others a running theme.

The lasting lesson I learned along the way is that food should be simple and elegant in that simplicity to satisfy one's hunger.

This site is all about sharing this lesson.
